Welcome AUM.
The beautiful practices of yoga give one a deeper connection to the Self via asanas, stillness, intentional breathing, mantra, rhythm, sound, philosophy, assists; stretching, strengthening, & singing, which generate a physical and psychological tuning for the body/mind/spirit.
I have been teaching for 22 years,
primarily in South Carolina, at the shala I
co-founded & formerly co-directed for 20
years called Satsang Yoga Charleston.
I am currently teaching private sessions, public classes 2x/week, full day & weekend retreats, and more coming soon...
